Laurel, relax. I’m just saying, if it’s in, it’s in. Now, I have no idea what’s in them and don’t care a great deal about the specifics. The notion of government jumping further into healthcare disgusts me plenty.

As for the video, if we hear about people in non-sharia countries being treated this way, we convene hearings, have benefits and raise awareness. But because this is a religion practiced by so much of the world, we’re supposed to accept it as a matter of cultural difference.

Here is a letter sent by anti-abortion Catholic leaders. It addresses the criticism of the uninformed (like Laurel). They point out specifically where the Senate bill restricts tax payers funds to be used for abortions. They cite the exact page numbers of the Senate bill where these restrictions can be read by anyone.
