The Queen Of Hypocrisy Continues To Wear Her Crown Proudly

Written by  //  March 5, 2012  //  The Makeover And/Or Miscellaneous  //  18 Comments

I don’t think it’s any secret, for those of you who have been around here or The Mock Dock for awhile, that I am not a fan of Ashley Judd. In fact, I am the supreme anti-fan of Ashley Judd. Find me her biggest fan ever, and I am basically the photo negative of that person.

Her hypocrisy on many issues has been documented here before. Like when she lamented the sexualization of women in the media. Or when she claimed to be enviro-conscious. Or when she talked about “her truth.” The examples are endless.

Which is why I shouldn’t be surprised that she’s anti-gun. Behold, a recent tweet of hers:

If you’re curious about the link she directs people to, it’s to a Harvard School of Public Health article, which suggests that the availability of guns basically leads to more death and mayhem and whatnot. It’s a really shallow write-up, with no actual numbers or stats or figures – just a lot of fluffy conclusions that people like Ashley Judd gobble up and regurgitate as gospel.

I find her suggestion that “guns lead to violence and death” positively HILARIOUS, since most of her movies, as well as her new TV show Missing (starting this month), feature her using guns.  LIBERALLY, I might add.

So apparently, it’s fine and dandy for Ashley to promote the use of guns in her films and tv shows and make lots of money doing so, but she’d like you to know that in general, they are bad.  Nothing is wrong with her using them  in movies, but otherwise, TOTALLY NOT OK.

This is Ashley Judd’s “truth,” y’all.  And she’s armed (when it’s convenient and lucrative for her, that is), so you probably don’t want to argue it.

Typical liberal Hollywood bozo…..her middle name is hypocrite!

Basically, the liberal argument against guns boils down to “guns are icky”.

When they expand on that basic premise it comes out as “guns are icky, and they look scary”.

Most of these people have no idea which end of the gun that fast moving pointy thing comes out of.

I have my Minnesota Permit to Carry a Pistol. I take advantage of that all the time. I find that there are two very good reasons to have a gun at my side; to protect myself or others against criminal attack. The other reason? I don’t have to go looking for my gun whenever a liberal says something stupid, and I want to blow my own brains out. In both cases, it’s nice to have the option should either situation arise.

She’s probably unaware that her entourage of personal body guards are loaded up with guns (and as likely as not, improperly licensed). She needs this kind of protection because she’s made a career of showing off her boobs and ass.

So basically Ashley, Shut Your Pie Hole.

Proud to say I have no idea who she is beyond the photos posted here – I thought as a ‘Judd’ she was a singer with her mom – or is she the mom? Whatever, apparently I’m wrong. My point in writing this – in my world she’s a nobody, her words are meaningless – which is what I think of anyone’s opinion from Hollywood.

OBTW – for anyone who’s tracking the countdown – 246 days to 6 November 2012 from today, we’re almost there!

She’s from Kentucky and is anti-gun? Between this and her stance on coal, I don’t think Kentucky likes her very much.

Oh yeah, here in the Bluegrass ” poor lil’ ” Ashley has been our cross to bear for some time.

Ala’ SEIU she was astroturfing the “peace and justice” movement at the University of Kentucky as far back as ’94. She not only picked up the tab for Jello Biafra to come and burn an American flag, but to do it in the Veteran’s Memorial Chapel of the University.

If I can work up a Hawaian Certificate of Live Birth for her, anyone know how to proceed with her deportation? Oops, I guess a forged birth certificate only qualifies her for the office of President.

You are a fan of Ashley Judd just like bacon is a medication.
    Love your posts.

She is, actually, doing good work here for all gun banning people, since she (attempts) to use them, in most cases, very poorly. Kind of like Mel Gibson (another people control advocate) and Danny Glover misusing them when they were pretending to be LA cops in some very forgettable movies.

It seems to me that showing people misusing firearms in movies and on TV is a really good way to help enact more laws to “control” them. It’s not really “gun ” control–that involves a good grip, sight alignment, and trigger control. But it is good propaganda for more people control, the real objective of the “gun control” crowd.

“States with more availability leads to more homicide” says to me that these states are letting people protect themselves, and it may lead to the death of the criminal. Oh Ashley, use reason before you speak.

Everyone who knows me ,knows that I’m not a fan of AJ and that we had lot’s of arguing last year about her hypocrite behavior , However, She is not a bad person , she has a good heart, the problem is that she is a confused person. She cries for love and attention , which is sad! :( @ulogaweb

I am ashamed that any idiot can wear a Kentucky shirt, like in the picture. She is an insult to the state and, I don’t think she was really raised in KY. Her mother is from KY. She’s a D-list actress, at best, looking for attention and fame any way she can. Typical liberal hypocrite. She doesn’t have the fame of her mother or sister, but is trying to make a name for herself this way. I am sickened every time I see her at a UK game and the crowd goes wild. I sit in my seat and turn my head. I can’t stand the sight of her.

She passes herself off as an intellectual and went to Harvard to pursue some Master’s degree to “make the world a better place.” Well, honey, there’s theory, and then there’s the real world. She has come out against the coal industry. Well, why does she not remove the electricity from her house, which coal helps power. I love how these celebrities on their high horses are against oil, coal, and are all for “distributing the wealth,? but I don’t see them giving up their electricity, reducing their “carbon footprint,” or giving away all their money for the public good and living in little houses in the not-so-great side of town. They could just give all their money away to those less fortunate if they really are for what they say they are. UGH! It sickens me how many people place their faith in people like her. Please, everyone, boycott her show.

  13. Mockarena March 5, 2012 at 9:18 pm ·

Alas, Thespy1, while I agree with every single word you just wrote, I cannot boycott her show, because it will give me endless mocking fodder. Look here!

  14. RaeMarie March 5, 2012 at 10:27 pm ·

I refuse to watch her new show, or even the previews of it.

  15. KentuckyVet March 6, 2012 at 1:44 am ·

    Thespy1,

Ah yes, amongst the greenerati it truly is “do as I say but not as I do”.

So many memories yet only time to name a couple :( . Of course there’s always AlGore, our erstwile and perennially green doofus stammering and blubbering about stratospheric carbon emission footprints as justification for chartering a private LearJet to yet another Davos-Marseilles summit on global warming.

And (I’m definitely showing my age here), lest we forget the bespeckled and folksy little John Denver dwarf crooning of his Rocky Mountain High while installing a 5000 gallon gasoline tank beneath his Aspen compound. Strange, it seems not long ago we were all supposed to be concerned about global cooling.

Cooling, now warming, odd isn’t it how the more things change, the more they stay the same.

The best thing about Ashley Judd is that she’s unconscious 42% of the day.

  17. uloga March 6, 2012 at 3:56 pm ·

@Mockarena that’s not cool .why would you do that?

Most of the time the first tv show episode is looking kinda weird till they get into it and become the one with the show.

however the FIGHT SEQUENCE,was not that bad! just my opinion.

I think , the best for her is to quit the twitter. people are making her very sick there! Why ? Cuz she needs lots of attention, which she’s not getting enough and can’t stand criticism of which is too much!

  18. Reminiscent_of_Purple March 6, 2012 at 4:09 pm ·

    uloga: WHIZZAH WHUZZAH??

Going past the “becoming one with the show” nonsense, did I read from your post that Ashley should quit “the twitter” because other people are making her “very sick” with their criticisms? I hope you are joking, but it’s hard to tell these days.
