Bulls##t ! ! Everyone knows it’s a witch hunt and a bunch of made up freaking numbers that are meaningless. If he is stopping more Hispanics it is because No. 1, there are more of them there and No. 2 they are violating more laws. So if MCSO stopped an inordinate amount of Caucasian U.S. citizens, wouldn’t that be racial profiling too?
