Attention Yahoos Wearing Che Guevara Shirts – Yes, You Suck

You know what I hate? Stupid people who wear Che Guevara t-shirts. I mean, what a bunch of idiot sheeple.
On CBS last weekend (hats off to newsbusters.org), one of their fake-journalist people, Dean Reynolds, was discussing Crowe’s new movie, Robin Hood. He went on to draw a correlation between Robin Hood’s actions and those of Che Guevara.
“And so here is an evil King John, squeezing his subjects for more taxes….And here is Robin. Not as a thief, but as a revolutionary figure trying to limit the King’s power. Robin Hood meets Che Guevara.”
After making that bizarre comparison, Reynolds further explained the plot of the new film: “This Robin joins the fight to get the English king to sign the Magna Carta in the year 1215, the document establishing the first rights on which modern democracies are based.” Guevara, of course, was the ruthless henchman of Cuban dictator Fidel Castro, hardly an advocate for democracy.
And this guy is a “journalist.” Um, alrighty then. Then you have all your moron celebrity cult members who wear Che Guevara t-shirts. Mike Tyson has Guevara’s image tattooed on him. Madonna has created her artistic image in the likeness of Che. Johnny Depp is all about the Che t-shirts, as is Jay Z. Because let’s face it, we all know what scholars these yahoos are. I would bet money I don’t have that at least three fourths of them never graduated high school and have no freakin’ idea what a murderer and communist wacko Guevara was.

But it only made me giggle for a second. Then, I remembered that those “middle class teenage rebels” see this crap and emulate it – all the while having NO IDEA the difference between capitalism and communism while taking their country and all of its liberties and freedoms for granted.
Hey celebrities and middle-class teenage rebels and fake journalist people? Grow a set and have an original thought for once in your life. Thanks.

Guevara considered anyone who listened to rock and roll music, who wore his hair long, or who spoke up against him a delinquent. His very goal was to, “make individualism disappear from the nation!” He considered it, “criminal to think of individuals!”
He was a gem, let’s put him on a t-shirt!

Well Chicks, I couldn’t dredge it up, BUT I used to see these Che t-shirts that had “Brought to you by capitalism” emblazoned under his picture. I know they are still out there, but I need to go eat. I suppose it is heartening that I found ton of anti-Che shirts but only a handful of the usual pro-Che shirts on Cafe Press.
