You guys are not going to BELIEVE this.
You know how pro-choice groups got themselves all in a total tizzy in anticipation of the Tim Tebow ad? And then the ad itself turned out to be the biggest non-event in the history of ads? And those same pro-choice groups ended up looking like a big bunch of overreacting crybabies in the process?
Well, now they’ve got a new complaint. You saw the ad with Tim tackling his mom to the ground, right? The one that was all in good football-related fun? According to this, the president of NOW as well as other abortion advocates are Actually Claiming that the ad PROMOTES DOMESTIC VIOLENCE.
Is that the stupidest thing you’ve ever heard?!?!??! OMG.
NOW president Terry O’Neill, who is obviously consumed with living a life spent in constant “I’m offended” mode, said, “I am blown away at the celebration of the violence against women in it. That’s what comes across to me even more strongly than the anti-abortion message. I myself am a survivor of domestic violence, and I don’t find it charming. I think CBS should be ashamed of itself.”
You have no idea how badly I want to make a snarky joke about her surviving domestic violence right now. But that would be inappropriate.
Happily, pro-choice people with Actual Brains are saying that O’Neill is basically a total moron. The former president of Catholics for Choice said “It’s absurd to claim that this is an endorsement of violence against women. These people came across as affectionate, loving, funny and happy.”
National Organization of Women? You’ve just made yourselves look like complete fools.

Y’all have to understand that none of the NOW leadership has ever experienced the emotion most of us know as love. They have absolutely no comprehension of what hugs are for. To them existence and life are composed of bitterness so profound that it begs death. If Sigmund Freud were alive today, he would be so daunted by their psychological makeup that he would take down his sign and go fishing.
Unless he “almost didn’t make it” because his father kept physically abusing her in the general pregnancy stomach area, there’s zero violence there.
These groups need to learn when to just shut up.
