Murray Clark Talks About The Disastrous Healthcare Bill

Here’s what our favorite state chairman had to say about Pelosicare passing the House:

Today is a frustrating day for Hoosiers and all Americans. In the midst of economic turmoil, and in spite of the very vocal concerns of their constituents, the Democrat-led Congress showed how out of touch they have become by passing legislation that we can’t afford, will kill jobs, and will bankrupt states. Reps. Baron Hill, Brad Ellsworth and Joe Donnelly voted to thrust upon us a bill that generations of young Hoosiers will struggle to pay for.

“In the last month alone, we have seen the national deficit reach $1.4 trillion, the national unemployment rate go over 10%, and state after state cut deeply into their budgets.  Now, thanks in part to Baron Hill, Brad Ellsworth and Joe Donnelly, we are adding the burden of over $1 trillion in new spending, billions in taxes and spending, and a mountain of unfunded Medicaid mandates for each state.

“Americans are clamoring for water to be thrown on the economic fire. Democrats like Reps. Hill, Ellsworth and Donnelly continue to give them gasoline.”

Oooo, SNAP.

  • this is how i see things happening:

those who vote in favor of the health care bill, will receive millions in pork dollars from obama’s unspent stimulus money. this will happen in 2010 before elections take place. this is why obama hasn’t released the major portion of the stimulus money.

it’s being held as bribe payments. obama knows it, the democrats know it. obama gets his NHC and democrats up for re-election get some much needed funding for projects in their home districts.

    all is well in washington.
