DNC Chair Versus RNC Chair

Much like all the other Dems who keep spouting that this week’s gubernatorial races meant absolutely nothing to them, here’s DNC Chair Tim Kaine taking the typical “oh, this doesn’t mean ANYTHING” stance. And, my personal favorite – “Obama’s more popular than ever!”

I wonder if it hurts to have your head lodged firmly up your assular area like this…

And then, there’s Michael “Cool Cat” Steele, reiterating the fact that while Obama hasn’t been discounted, um, yeah…..I think this is a clear indication that a lot of people are pissed off about his policies.

You know, Mock and I discussed this at lunch today, and we kind of hope that the whole “Dem heads up their assular areas” thing continues. At least through 2012.

Simply fabulous.

  • Yeah the Democrat spin machine is in full force today! Don’t worry they will keep their heads up their assular area. Of that I have no doubt.

  • It’s goin to much harder for him to pass his Health Care bill after last night. He may still get one through, but it’s not a lock, like I once thought it was. And if he cant do health care, 2010 and 012 for that matter is wide open.

    ..bad night for the Dems.

  • And Steel had perfect pitch last night. No saber rattleing, just “cool cat” laser beam escalation of spin…Steele is finding his footing.

  • Yeah, with things being as slam-dunk as they were, it’s a nice play to go easy on the chatter.

  • Steele, however, needs to get his local party leaders in line. what happened in NY should have never happened. The GOP has given up in California and it shows tremendously. think that won’t have an impact on you? Think again.

  • ….Oh upstate? That cd is stuanchly conservative, even with the anomaly of an election of a dem in like a zillion years, that cd (congressional district) goes red in every 4 years. Local elections this year around the state I found were very much driven by the state of the local economies, i.e. propery taxes and emplyoment rates. If those things were too far out of whack, you were getting thrown out of office no matter who you were. I dont know what the national party could have done to change those outcomes.
